Rock Creek Crossing was initially built in 1998 with the final phase completed in 2001. Consisting of 172 units, it is a community of condos and town-homes ranging from one bedroom to three bedroom models, with some units offering gas fireplaces, a loft, balconies or decks. Most town-homes have full basements (there are a few that are built on a slab with NO lower level) while others may have partial basements, yet they all include a 1 car garage. Rock Creek Crossing includes a Community Center with a kitchen, an exercise room, outdoor pool, tennis courts, hopscotch, foursquare and a tot lot for the little ones. The monthly maintenance fee includes use of all these amenities, plus exterior maintenance, garbage, water (in the condos only) and snow removal. Other fees would include your electric (JCP&L), gas (PSE & G) and sewer, plus the LOW taxes!! The club house can be rented for a fee if you need a larger space for gatherings. Pets are welcomed (only 1 pet per household), and they do ask that dogs no larger than 25 lbs move in. Conveniently located to Routes 23, 287,80 and 46, Rock Creek Crossing is in the center of it all! Only minutes away from all shopping, whether it be grocery (BJ's, Stop & Shop and Shop Rite is about 20 minutes away), Home Improvements (Lowe's and Home Depot), Department Stores (Wal-Mart, Target, Staples) Restaurants (Applebees, Chili's and Outback not to mention the countless diners) or the Movie Theater, you can get in your car and be to your destination in less than 10 minutes. With the new park and ride located in Wayne, your commute to the city just got easier. Plus there are other locations in Lincoln Park and Boonton too. Need a bus...there are many bus stops in the area as well, leading to Willowbrook Mall, New York City and even Atlantic City.
